Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:
Once an order is placed, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it. On weekdays, this is typically one business day, but if the order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a bit longer.
After processing, the order is shipped and delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the delivery location. We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or comments, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Order Cancellation
Once you place an order, you may choose to cancel it within one hour. After that, the order is immediately prepared for shipping by our automated systems. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after the 1-hour window has passed. If you have any concerns about the product you received, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. There is no minimum order value required.
